Hi Chip and thanks for your input which is "on the money". I have read Shelton's book Money Meltdown and recommend it to ALL on this thread. It is not only brilliant but probably related to the upcoming Euro conversion..a sort of shot across the bow..in the vein of "can't say we didn't warn you". The mention of Churchill in you post is prophetic and in fact leads directly to where the key to this whole mystery lies and that is with Cecil Rhodes. Churchill's vision came from Rhodes and the New World Order (Novus Ordo Seculorum - check under the pyramid on the 'back' of your US one dollar bill - can't say we didn't warn you). So these issues of gold 'backing of currency' and who is actually behind the transition is actually both historical and complex. If anyone wants to delve into it and enjoy the process at the same time, read Shelton's book for a start. P.S. The merger is scheduled for May 28th at the annual general meeting.
