From the sounds of things the deal could be consumated any day. I would tend to guess about a 90% chance of it happening within the next 30 days. Probably much sooner.

What should RTL fair value be in terms of the deal? Hard to put a number on it without knowing terms of the deal and specifics of how many public shares will be outstanding for RTL after everything is said and done. Just based on the magnitude of this deal in relation to others RTL seems to have made and the price moves over the past couple years (over .80 at times I believe) I would think we could easily see $1 or more. RTL seems to be a public proxy for investing in a currently private WWWC.

How good is the software relative to competition? Believe it or not, I have an "online acquaintance" who downloaded over 50 online casinos. All he could find a few months ago and compared to WWWC... Overall he said only 3 or 4 could be argued to be better than WWWC. And none were clearly, hands down better. WWWC has put a LOT of time and money into developement of their software. Download it from their site and have a look.

How will revenue be generated? We don't know for sure. Deal isn't done and no terms disclosed. I'm guessing RTL will get a cut of the take from each casino they are able to license.

Also.....On the outside of the WWWC shareholder letter we received this week is a sticker which says: "Watch for WWWCasinos in the next week or two on ABC's Nightline & ABC Nightly News with Peter Jennings". I know about a year ago, Gina Smith, who is ABC's technology correspondent taped a piece on WWWC. She said she would follow up the piece after they went on line and run it on the national news... Apparently this is going to happen shortly....This will be tremendous publicity for WWWC and their software and by association RTL...

regards,
mike
