You are sure quick.Anyway,I know that Jimmy believes that he can deliver an impressive balance sheet this calender year.He also needs a higher stock price to fund acquisitions.The shorts were killing him in that regard.I think a good indicator of future events will be if he actually closes on the purchase of the office building.It is expensive and he won't buy it unless he sees that cash flow will justify the expenditure.It would be interesting to know whether a date for closing has been set.Jimmy can probably give out that information,or some one in Santa Monica can just go by and ask the realtor.Sometimes they work on Saturday.Finally,I was surprised by the strength on the close.By my estimate nearly all of the 6.2 mil float has changed hands in the past two weeks.Jimmy has 11 mil in his holding co. but that is not being traded.You know,about 1 in 10 of these specs ever amount to anything but this could be good.If some one who is a telecom analyst,or who knows one, could tell us where DGIV is positioned technically in relation to the rest of the industry then it would help.I know what we have but I don't know what they have.
I think PAIR is a competitor on a larger scale,but I have no contact there.My advisor in Houston is an oil and gas type.I hope that Jimmy has a shareholders meeting on his agenda in the next few weeks. It would be a good opportunity for him to show the new office building.
