Paul - I really respect your opinions, but I must draw the line here. Please buy the latest edition of Stereophile magazine. This is the recommended components edition. Bose is NOT a player in serious music reproduction. As a man of technology, you owe yourself a favor to listen to really good loudspeakers of which there are many, such as Wilson, Avalon, ProAc, Sonus Faber, Martin Logan, etc etc etc. Once you get done with speakers, go to other components. Truly amazing what is being made by specialty companies. To Bose's credit, a wonderful marketer for sure !!
