AMD's CFO resigned - I didn't catch your discussion of the significance of this issue. AMD has filed to sell new stock and/or bonds to raise cash! Intel thinks that their (Intel's) shares are cheap and will be buying them back - with money in their piggy bank. Guess who is winning this war? Paul
