Little Engine, what is your problem? You had to have spent at least 30 minutes reading the 4300 and 4400 series rules for listing off of the NASDAQ web site. You know damn well what the requirements are, and yet you deflect the issue and respond on a tangent like the little engine you are. ATXI DOES NOT HAVE THE REVENUE BASE TO REMAIN LISTED ON THE EXCHANGE. Answer that one, and show me the proof, and the nasdaq rule that would allow them to stay listed.
