SH, One more thing. If my post was truly offensive or if you think I was over the line, I apologize as that was not my intent. I do still hold the same position as to my thought process and think that it is time for new, expereinced mangement. The interim team that we have going now is doing a great job IMO, and deserves credit for having the foresight to be searching for a pemanent leader and not wanting to stay in power. Again, if I insulted you in some way, I am sorry. mark
