Phil, I suspect that one of the problems is that this wonderful new mining friendly country may have local company biases when it comes to legal proceedings. Of course we in North America have some of the same problem. None-the-less it complicates the fact that MGR may be legally right. It reminds me of a grade school poem that has stuck pretty much in my mind. "This is the grave of Mike O'Day who died defending his right of way. He may have been right but still today he's in his grave for defending his right of way" Probably better to get a mutually acceptable agreement. Bob
