That's even a worse omen. If they have compensatory stock options, those options will be exercisable at a lower price. How does $8.08 per share grab you? some of them still have options out at that price. If they exercise those options, they can sell the stock at $24 per share and still make %300 profit. Chris, this is not a management that's worried too much about their profit. Maybe, that's why they're not worried about you.
