Otaku, (ribozymes) Great link, thanks. Using ribozymes is a very good strategy. Recently I saw a poster @ a Keystone Conference using ribozymes for as a potential treatment for HIV. The poster was very promising. I think that the limiting factor in this treatment, as with antisense, is the delivery vehicles currently available. Personally, I love the technology and potential of antisense and ribozymes, but will not invest in them until I feel that this delivery problem is improved. JMHO Best of luck, Where'd He Go?
