I think it's quite possible. Remember the Shareholder Consent form we were asked to sign 4 or 5 months ago, and fax back to CVIA? If anyone has a copy, please post. We (the majority shareholders) approved the merger, along with any steps necessary, which IMHO may or may not include reverse split (shares authorized already increased to 150M). My point is, we may not have to vote on it. What do you folks think? I trust Jack Arnold on this. Milk
