Hello! Milk,
I think that Jack should take what ever steps are necessary to move the merger ahead as quickly as possible. If CVIA in fact does have the $500,000. that has been indicated, then I for one would much rather see most of that sum be invested in the merger/acquisition efforts! In my opinion if further delays are presented due to shareholder meetings etc, then in my opinion we would all be doing ourselves a dis-service. Time is money! In my opinion we don't have much of either available.
Com'on! Jack! Let's get on with it! Let's let the loyal CVIA Shareholders have some enjoyment! I for one am very tired of having my investment and hard earned dollars invested, being manipulated by the MM scenarios! Let's not give them any more rope! It's time to move forward! What else needs to be done to complete the deal? Can the shareholders help? Do you need some shareholder presents by your side to defend the rights of the CVIA Shareholders? Are the people you are negotiating with trying to outmuscle or bully you?
If we can help, please let us know! Do you want a group of us to rent a bus, take two weeks vacation, and head out to Tulsa to be by your side? Let us know! I'll help lead the charge! You have many, many, CVIA Shareholder Warriors here to assist you! You are not alone Jack Arnold!
We await your orders! ( Just my own opinion!)
There ! Now! For those of you that just read this, aren't you glad now that you didn't go to a movie tonight , instead?
Best Regards,
