I have seen this type of thread posting many times before and it always indicated a near bottom. Several of my doubles last year (yes I had several) occurred when I bought when the thread was gloomiest. - Sector Investor

If that's the case then:

1. This company is going NO Where! The can't even spell Markting.

2. They are giving away their products:

$45 Per Port
50% Off Our Special

Just For You
32 - 48 Port 10/100 DeskTop Switch

Fast, Affordable 10/100 Switching

NBase, the 4th largest workgroup switch manufacturer (IDC 98 report), introduces the new MegaSwitch II Desktop Edition. The NH2048 is a 32-port 10/100 auto-negotiating switch that supports uplinks for Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, and FDDI. The Desktop Edition has full SNMP management, supports MegaVision, HP openview, and Cabletron's Spectrum.

NBase, a Gold Sponsor of Networld + Interop, is providing The MegaSwitch II Desktop Edition for use as part of the Gigabit backbone in the Interop Net at Networld + Interop Las Vegas, May 5, 1998. Since its introduction over 12,000 MegaSwitch II's have been installed. In order to have this aggressive price, we removed VLAN, RMON, and Spanning Tree from The Desktop Edition and modified it to make it a full desktop switch with a 450mb backplane.

NBase is offering its new Desktop Edition at 50% off our special introductory price of only $89 per port. This is a limited time offer - so order by March 31st!

3. IR won't return my phone calls!

4. Intel is opting for different technology in their next generation switches - (just a bad rumor I am starting to help my negativism)

5. RMON, VLAN and Spanning Tree do not work in the above mentioned $45 per port 10/100 switch.

6. Their products look like they were made in a garage!

7. WHO is doing WHAT to WHOM in WHICH commercials on CNBC?

8. I have not lost money on this stock YET!

9. I don't like them any more...

10. Bartender, make mine a double! I'll take 5000 at $20.
