It's very difficult to use Hank's stuff. The overnight reports are always 2 to 3 pages long and divided up into the following sections.

An overall comparison of the coming day to prior days that appear to have had similar makeups, in an effort to determine how the pattern of the day should unfold. Usually there are about 7 to 10 observations and then a summary.

Then DJIA movement trading clues.....what levels in the DJIA to watch for and what "should" happen if these levels are hit.

Then spoo movement trading clues....same as above.

DJIA Projections.

Program Trading Pattern Recognition. A general idea of how the day should unfold.

Projected Program Trading Times. What times programs should hit, which way they should hit. He makes these projections based on what he believes the pattern of the day should be.

Program Buy/Sell and Fair Value points.

Recommendations for the day. (Depending on what you trade, the recommendations are categorized by level of risk. Speculators, Gamblers, and one other).

Support and Resistance Points.

I find I get the most out of Spoo clues, pattern recognition and trading times as well as the program buy/sell points.

But I do not always agree with him. Sometimes that's good.....today it was unfortunate I did not. I did agree with him, but disagreed on the timing. I thought the short should have been placed later.

Anyway, for an abbreviated version you might look at Jag Notes. They used to carry a daily blurb from him. Jag Notes is a lot cheaper and probably has a free trial period. Don't ask me where to find it, I used to get it for free. They probably have an ad in some financial rag somewhere.
