Actually last quarter they only beat the estimate by .02 cents. Assuming that I'm right the whisper number has to be +.02 cents. But don't forget they sold the CPCS Item Processing Unit for around 5 million(per Charlie estimate), this may impact the bottom line. As opposed to the warrants which is a non-cash charge, the sale of Item processing is a Cash transaction.

Other Factors:

...CheckFree has beaten the estimate the last 7 quarters.
...CheckFree announced just this week they are on target for break-even.
...CheckFree has a good track record of keeping the analyst estimate low.

Charlie can probably paint a clearer picture than me, if he is at liberty to do so.
