ACNTF have right sized and reduced the marketing expense to go directly to the developers market. Profit is expected this year and that will do wonders to offset the negative vibes that management did earn.

That being said, your observations are astute and potentially valid concerns. They are same ones with every new hi-tech venture or ones that attempt to find their new niche. ( same was said about Oracle, Novell, etc.) ACNTF should be viewed as a start-up but one with an old product revenue stream helping to fund the new initiatives. That is more than most start-ups have. In multi-lingual markets and the internet agent market, they have a good but yet incomplete story for developers. More partnerships and deals like the Russian one will be important. The stock is cheap now with little if any downside. The upside potential is the question. Should never have been a short term play.

Your call is that they can't deliver winning products based upon your cursory look, or was it more detailed? Is this only a gut feeling based upon experience, or can you be more specific re shortcomings?
There are people on this thread who got caught playing short and need more info. Don't forget that there is a real play on this stock based upon the recent volumes - something other than TM and the Euro over-hype is happening!
