Sheila, it is an interesting article insofar as noting the projections for the potential size of the digital camera market. Thanks for posting it. But keep in mind this was written by a semiconductor magazine, and they are touting the opportunity that it affords embedded DRAM technology to capture a major share of this market. In this regard I happen to agree with their assessment.

This is not to disparage the possibilities for clik! by any means. My personal view is that it is exactly what I would choose to use, given the choice and inexpensive availability of the media. The archive issue imo is what will sell clik!. But if you think about it, this is not as big a market as the camera market. Anecdotally it is something I would expect to buy once, not every time I bought a new camera.
