Dave,

Glad to see that you missed me...

Back in the fall, when I was an active participant on this forum, I was accused of hammering down this stock and being in league with evil shortsellers, and generally being a really bad person.... all because I pointed out several problems with ACTC as an investment.

It was further stated by other forum participants that, if I stopped criticizing the Company, the stock price would rebound to its previous levels somehow. So, I just stopped commenting on ACTC... I last commented on it critically in The Napeague Letter on November 11, 1997, although I may have posted something about the stock to a forum or two during the following week. My earlier critique of the Company can still be found on the Napeague web site at napeague.com for any of you who are interested in it.

Since I stopped commenting the stock price has not rebounded, since the Wall Street community has generally become aware of the problems that I first pointed out in TNL and on this Forum on October 12, 1997, when the stock was at $9.75.

Since the 10-K Report for 1997 should be released sometime in the next few days, after I review it and participate in the Company's conference call (if they let me...), I will update the in-depth Analysis of the Company and post it on the Napeague web site.
