.....Lone Wolf, If the major ATXI shareholders got out, why would they care what the price drops to? The lower, the better, as they will just buy back in. ATXI management does not have to sell! Who is the investor who has recently purchased over 300,000 ATXI shares??

.....My guess is that the old business will be sold to management, once the deal goes through.
