LE, you do the research and tell us what a company in this industry that will have 80 to 90 million in sales gross for '98 should be trading at. Hype? You are the antihype. If you would ever explain to us in a rational or reasonable way what the hell it is that you are doing here, maybe your words would hold a little more water. At this point, it's leaking, right on top of your own head. The reason why there is no <OFF TOPIC> Banner at the top is because I have something relevant to say:

In a previous post, I claimed ATXI didn't have the revenue base to continue being listed. Ooops! Maybe I was wrong, even though they don't make much for being an "industry leader"., and maybe I'm wrong on this, but ATXI in their latest filing ( TA to LE ) has net tangible assets of 3.8MM. Last time I checked, they were listed on the National Market, and not the small caps, could be wrong, and if so, apologize in advance. However, if they are on the national market,
ATXI still doesn't have the net tangible assets to qualify for continued listing, which is 4MM.

Also, on the National exchange, the requirement for continued listing as far as market capitalization is concerned is 5MM. Even with the spike last week, they have a market cap under 5MM, and when it tanks, much less. I'm sure you knew this, because it's right there.

Even if they are on the small caps, they fail the market cap test, the pretax income test, but have the assets test, which will shrink if they only made $100,000 last year.

I've done research on my own, and have lately posted very conservative figures based on other companies in this same sector with revenue in the same range as FAMH after Myriad. The figures given by Brad were very reasonable. If you don't think so, then post your DD is dispel it and let everyone weigh it on their own.

Jin.
