Here's a copy of my post to the other USMC thread:

I spoke to Mr. Fenske's secretary today (he's the CEO). She told me that they are
aware of the lawsuit. He won't be back until next Thursday. I left my email. I told the
secretary that there is a SI thread that was started (by yours truly) concerning USMC
and their intent to merge with CMC, and that people are buying shares of USMC
because of USMC's expected merger with California Motorcycle. I told her that they
have an outstanding organization and it would be a shame to see them involved in some
stock scheme. She was very friendly and said that she thinks the deal is being worked
out, and that's the extent of her knowledge, or at least that's the extent that she would
tell me. It's too bad that there's such a cloud over this. For anyone making a decision as
to buy USMC or not, read the lawsuit in its entirety. It looks like Global Financial
Traders, a newsletter, was the bunch that was behind the manipulation. USMC was one
of a group of touted stocks. From everything I've learned up to now, I have to believe
that the merger is a real thing. USMC would have to be crazy to flat out lie about it,
*especially* because of the lawsuit. Good luck in whatever you do. I'm staying in.
