I want to be a bear. The market is insane.
But here I am in California, the eighth largest nation in the world, most of the state has been in a recession with double-digit unemployment since 1990.
Houses are selling. Like hotcakes.
I want to be a bear, but something is happening here with the low interest rates.
Houses are selling. Like hotcakes.
People are buying merchandise. Lots of it.
People are getting jobs.
Farms are expanding.
Businesses are moving here from Asia.
I want to be a bear, really I do.
But the small cap financial stocks, the little S&Ls, the title companies have screaming earnings growth.
But everybody knows California is "different".
Who knows- are we headed into a recession, or coming out of one?
