I wouldn't worry too much about Intel's push-out of a fab. I would focus on their move to 0.18. With the competition heating up for "Basic PCs" they will probably accelerate the move 0.18, since manufacturing is where their competitive advantage is. A delay in 300mm is not a bad deal for SVGL, since they will leverage the tool set that's already in place by decreasing geometries(Micrascan IIIs).
