... With 585 of the world's 609 mobile offshore drilling rigs under contract ... Big Dog or anyone know if the remaining 24 rigs are available for contract or unavailable because of repairs or refurbishment? Also, over the period 1998-2000 what is the projected rate of new-rig introduction compared to the rate of old-rig retirement? Thanks. Tulvio
