What puzzle's me; I spoke to Mr. Fenske on thursday afternoon and he said that the merger is still on and that he can not give a definite date as to when the merger will be finalized. They are still in the negotation stages with CM, is what he told me. He also said there are to many things to be ironed out before He could give a definitive date as to when it will take place, but it will happen within the next three months, which is their 2nd qtr. He said he wishes he could give me more of an direct answer, but he didn't want to say anything and mislead me. My personal take on it; I'm going to sit on the sidelines until I see more of an movement in the stock as far as volume and price is concerned. If it goes down below .10, I might jump in just for speculative purposes. Good Luck!!
