Brad and Cheryl, Many thanks for all of your DD and your earnest opinions. I am continuing to hold long. Also, congratulations on your sharing of a common interest. All, I have a feeling that Ira is in a power play with ATXI. I think that this deal has been delayed by a(some) member(s) of the ATXI Board of Directors who don't really want to be out of a job. This price movement of ATXI witnessed over the last two weeks is part of it. Again, IMO, we holders are going to win in the long run no matter what happens. If this power play fails, Ira only has to file normally or find another takeover candidate. If the power play succeeds, we win much sooner. Either way, we win, in the long run. I also think that these negotiations have been tying up much of Ira's time and that is why the Myriad deal is dragging out so much.
