If someone bought BORL for 10, they would be quite nuts. But, there are nuts out there.

I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy Interbase in the face of ORacle, Sybase, Informix and even Ingres/CA and Progress unless it was for just a token amount.

Cash has to be flying out the door, as are the employees. I think any CEO would have a helluva time on his hands trying to convince a board to buy the company at 10. More like 4 or 5, tops.
