There was a post back in February that listed the 'insiders', about half of the total was Roel Pieper selling the shares he got when Compaq bought Tandem, he sold a week after he left Compaq. The rest of the sales are small in comparison to the exec total holdings. Look at MSFT insider sales some time - lots of shares but typically small percentages of the seller's total holdings.
