From Yahho RNTK :

<<<<The location of this information has been previously reported on this message board, but let's call it what it is!

The PR department at Texaco did not wait for the SEC filing to refer to RNTK's patented technology as their own. That must mean there is some kind of letter of intent or tentative deal and the attorneys are just taking care of the details.

The reason it is taking longer may have been revealed in Texaco's wording: "Texaco's proprietary gasification technology".
This sounds like there is not going to be a licensing agreement but rather a joint venture with Texaco taking the lead in
marketing the joint venture. If that is true, then the potential earnings to RNTK may be bigger than any of us ever expected. After
all Texaco has the infrastructure and money to market this technology world wide in a way that RNTK never could. Hold on we
could be in for quite a ride!

Gasification: Texaco's proprietary gasification technology converts various carbon-based feedstocks such as coal, petroleum coke, heavy oil and wastes into clean synthesis gas, which is used to produce electricity, chemicals, fuels and fertilizer. The technology significantly reduces the emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrous oxides, carbon dioxide and leachable solid wastes. Texaco is considered a world leader in this technology.

Gas-to-Liquids: Texaco is applying new technology to convert natural gas into a clean diesel fuel. By commercializing untapped natural gas reserves, this technology will partly displace environmentally less-friendly coal and minimize or eliminate the flaring of natural gas at oil production locations overseas.
