I was noticing some of the prior posts talked about shares appearing on some form 144's. I was looking over this information at www.insidertrader.com and I just had a question I was hoping someone could clear up for me. There appear to be 144's filed every month since the insidertrader site was active. But I can't find any reference to anyone selling those shares. Have these registered shares actually been sold? And if so why can I not find any form 4's? Is it because the company is an OTC-BB or what? Have they not actually been sold only registered? Just hoping someone can fill me in?
