<<Whether Par knew exactly that these new products would come about with all of his acquisitions is conjecture.>>
and < The success of Osicom relies on the products invented by some of Osicom's bright engineers.>>>

Grant:

With due respect to your opinion I disagree with you 100% with above. In fact if I would not be a persistent salesman I would put you on my " forget about him " list .

But in view that you are still are a sales prospect together with the "lurkers" who may have similar opinions as you, I am trying again.

Mr. Parvinder Chada is THE MAN in charge of OSICOM from A-Z. Every single acquisition served only one purpose and the purpose was to advance Mr.Chadas grand design of " innovative networking " according to his core commercial philosophy:Permanent and true global open architecture against those who proclaim it while working on all fronts to close the door on the new customer once they got him nailed.

The fact that OSICOM has bright engineers is notable but has little to do with the products they design according to the wishes of Mr.Chada and his close surrounds.

Unless those bright engineers work for shares or nothing which would be news to me.

And speaking about bright engineers. If I would be one, I would not be particular pleased to hear that the good Dr.from BROOKS testing my companies equipment find it worth his while to comment "particular pleased about the passive architecture of the GigaMux" which David mentioned without further elaboration. A pleasing passive architecture of a electronic product is the very least one would expect in 1998. I just dont like the comment at all if you get my drift.

What the great majority on this board has failed to understand is that all OSICOM products are intertwined with each other and if OSICOM would have a satellite for example OSICOM would be the only one-stop-network provider in short haul DWDM at a reasonable price in the world.

I could bring forward a few truly nasty remarks about CIENA and their only product to date in that respect, besides -if I stand properly informed -the still open allegations of patent infringements launched against CIENA, by a U.S.Affiliate of PIRELLI Spa. One if not THE PIONEER of this technology is still hanging over this self professed leader and if found in patents breach, then CIENA finds itself in deep manure under the title" willful infringement" with treble damages attached. Involving not only one but three lawsuits. AMEN.

What real leader is CIENA anyway? Advertising goods such as MULTIWAVE METRO inclusive trade mark which today the 28th of March 1998 is only available on paper?

When is this nonsense ever going to stop when dominant market forces in a competitive sector are allowed to advertise what they have not got-yet? Bragging about leadership without end LUCENT is just another one banking on its name and the money behind it, while catching up an other companies vision and foresights. And what this companies are real good at, is through their market power and influence. They stall any would be competitor wherever and whenever.

Here on the competitive commercial stage we find OSICOMs real and only problem.

Mr. Parvinder Chada is not perfect in every aspect. But then who is in this crazy world? But he is a brilliant pilot in the digital revolutionary process. His vision needs support and he deserves a round of applause to bring his vision forward to this point for starters.

When the first steam engines were introduced in Germany all the members of the horse and buggy lobby paid the rumor mills to distribute the news that pregnant women will loose their unborn if riding with those monsters.

Monopolistic begrudging greed never changes. Only their tools. Today those members short sell the stock of the would be competitor on the exchanges.

Mr.Parvinder Chada has my full support. 9 300 paid up shares worth. If anyone wants to extend unsecured credit to me I would buy a 1 000 000 more.

ED

PS. I will post only one more message. The last torpedo to hit the wicked ship of slanderous greed. It may not sink it but sure it will cause some SHORTERS to jump overboard in a flash.
