Jerry; If it clears the FTC OK..it still has to go to share holders for a vote. When it started CPQ was 32..I feel the deal could fall on it's face if CPQ is below 32, I wouldn't want to be short CPQ if that happens. It's not a done deal yet just because the EC said ok. I agree things could get wild, but they may not wait till things are concluded, this won't be the frist deal I'v seen renegotiated..let taht happen and youl see some wild. It ain't over till the fat lady sings. I don't know what to make of it..the jury is still out. Jim
