Mark, you seem to find great fault with Fred but none with the others in Naxos (which I've already made clear is completely unsupported). I wish someone would answer SK's questions. How is it this great new interim leadership that appears to be led by someone who did have a conflict of interest not deal with matters properly before? I don't care if lawyers serve on other boards and also have their firms do work for their company. Such work is supposed to be aboveboard and competent. To lead the company to the quagmire that it is currently in, which is based on what appears to be improper handling of its legal affairs, is inexcusable. That is no fault of Fred, it is the fault of the legal advisors. Was it the conflict of interest? Time will tell and those who led the company improperly will be held accountable.

It seems we're all getting testy. However, we have major investments in this company and we have a right to expect it to be run properly.
