I gather that what you are citing is the building costs for a plant of a given size. But the catalysts need to be replaced every once in a while, too.

But what about *operating* costs? Are they all smack-dab the same?

And then about rebuilding costs -- Do you ... or does anybody ... have any info on how long the various companies' catalysts last, and how much the cost to replace.

IMHO, all three need to be considered to find the true cost over a plant's lifetime.
