What do you think will happen to commercial real estate in the next 5 years? I am clearly no expert on anything, but I would reason that the commercial real estate market would be in for disaster. As some fraction of commerce moves onto the internet, companies will be able to leave the high rent district and move to Kansas or Iowa. Fortunately for BKS, they lease their stores. I have not been able to find any dire predictions about the commercial real estate market to confirm my suspicion. Tom D
