Ramsey,

<<If you don't like it, you/your company can always open a factory in New York city, where trash is always picked up on time, where union
officials are always fair and abide by the law and cops response in real time to your every needs. Or you can open a factory in east L.A. where you will find thousands of hard workers who will show up to work on time, where you feel comfortable taking your family for a stroll in the neighborhood every day after work, where your car will always be where you parked it in the morning.

I had hoped we could discuss this without sarcasm. Maybe you are too angry for this one? In any case, just to correct an impression you may have, I am not here as an ex-pat employee. I have my own business. I do get involved with many ex-pat companys here including the DD industry. I do not however, live in an expat high rise ghetto :). I live in a community that is largely Malay and Chinese. I seldom see another westerner unless I travel or go to the central business district. Honestly, the main reason I am here is because I met, fell in love with, and married a Chinese Malaysian and it is more convenient to be here because of her business and family situation. It has been an eye opener for me and I am still learning.

Best,
Stitch
