mike,do you think housing will come down in value? i see two scenarios. 1. interest rates climb. if this happens then housing values drop b/c everyone is already paying through the teeth for housing. if the bank gets more through interest then the seller nust get less. 2. interest rates go down and prices drop because we'll have to be in a recession caused, in part, by the asian situation.

am i missing something? should i go amongst the vultures and drop 35+% of my gross on a home that is 14 years old with a small back yard? or, shoukd i wait?
