when is alan greenspend going to cut off the monetary spigot? i bet that chump retires and leaves the clean up to the mess he has made to someone else. the market is in a mania due to too much cash being available. the real estate market is absolutely nuts on the west coast. that punk is setting everyone up for the fall of their lives. this is sad and the dolts that make up the american public just keep right on steaming toward the alan greenspend cliff. this is going to be nasty...
