First, fps has to do with bandwidth. No PCTL, VTEL, CLIX, or SEXi will ever likely get 30fps with 128ISDN. Go to 384ISDN, now you are talking highler fps for all. As for timing and assertiveness, I agree, but another important factor will be relationships and alliances. Time will tell, promise dude.
