Some info I tracked down on current Indonesian LD rates..

Starting from January 1, 1998, the rates for local phone calls and domestic long distance will change.

Local call charges will increase from Rp. 115 to Rp. 125 per minute (an increase of 8.69%), while
domestic long distance will decrease from Rp. 108 to Rp. 97 per "pulsa" (a decrease of 10.10%).
Each pulsa lasts for a number seconds depending on the distances. The cost of new installation is
reduced by 50%. According to international reports, local call charges in Indonesia are among the
cheapest, while charges for long distance calls are among the highest.
