"It looks like a buyout"- RNTK Worm

When I last talked to the RNTK Worm a couple weeks ago and posted the info about the pending TX S-3 coming out and the "certain percentage"
equity stake in RNTK, I asked: How much of an "equity stake" are we talking about? Worm said "Big. It looks like a buyout". "Is it a
buyout?" I asked. "Not sure" says RNTK Worm. I expressed this "impression" in the following post:

One thing for sure- When the TX S-3 comes out there will be RNTK PANDEMONIUM!
