I also understand 50 mil to be the number,but not fully diluted.However,no one is going to exercise and dump and kill the momentum.I think we need a $4 average price for 90 days and have at least two market makers to qualify for Nasdaq Small Cap listing.I could wrong on the time requirement.But part of the plan is to achieve a more visible listing.
