From what RNTK worm says, I am not going to say 100% that it is a TX Buyout of RNTK. But I will say that there is that possibility. I will say 100% that TX is taking an equity stake in RNTK. BTW, how do you like those newsgroups headlines: "Rentech Announcement" and "New energy player" etc. Sure seems like the announcement will be made APRIL 1! I say again- "Who needs diversification when you got gasification" >>>> SELL IT ALL - BUY RNTK <<<<
