I think Compaq, IBM and HWP were sore at what Intel does for
Dell in the way of pricing.

INTC can just price volumes and prices. They cannot favor one co. over another. Its against the law. Of course pricing could be based on combination of different products (thus favoring DELL). But I am sure that CPQ and IBM would cry foul and go to DOJ. Unless we find out pricing structure, we cannot really claim that DELL is getting better prices.
