In the mean time there is a ground swell of environmental awareness in FM...however, they seem to currently be concerned only about air quality. (?)

And why not? The caring and concerned folks at Suncor and Syncrude have them looking UP in the air instead of DOWN at the tailings ponds. Perhaps the good people of WBEA and FM need to be aware of the environmental ramifications of the current technology (s)... and how one in particular might make a difference. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm! The timing sure sounds right.
