little willie wedgie -- that MAY be because he is spending too much time playing with his little balls on the golf course rather than WORKING. Why don't you ask him WHAT is the total oil company budgets? How much of that is for exploratory drilling? How much for development drilling? He dunno. Nobody knows. Just another guy with a theory...like us all.
