Red, I was thinking about my prior response to you about SHLL. I've never eaten at this franchise and was wondering if it is similar to Red Lobster. While Red Lobster is very popular, it is not a real sea food lovers type of restaurant. Most of Red Lobster's offerings are not fresh sea food cooked in original recipes. How does SHLL differ from Red Lobster? I also had thoughts about the fish farming industry. Most of the fish food originates from fish farmers. I wonder if we can find some stocks within this growing industry. Hmmm....... Sergio
