I don't have a stake in this company yet and I may establish a position in the near future. Below are some questions that I hope someone will be able to answer:
1) I search the EDGAR data base and I did not see anything about Digicom
2) Who are Digicom direct competitors in the Internet telephony market. Do they compete with ILNK, NSPK, VOCLF, BRKT, etc?
3) Jimmmy Trip to New York, I don't think it's about issuing more shares to the public, because it would contradict the recently announced 1.5 million share buyback program. Is It possible he is trying to get some analyst coverage of the company.
4) Have they applied for nasdaq listing? It will take at least 3 months to be listed after the formal application date,if approved
5) How much cash does the company have. How about long term and short term debts? A company needs to have a least 3 million dollars in shareholder equity and at least 1 million dollar in cash or liquid assets in order to be listed on the microcap market.
6) Someone posted that the company had about 17 million shares. is that number still very much the same.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could kindly provide some answers to those questions. I will call the company soon, but it's better to have enough sources to do cross references.

Thanks in advance

Andrew
