JLA, with all due respect, I'm an attorney myself. If I have a client whose committing fraud, I won't tolerate it for one second. I'll withdraw as his counsel and that is expected of me by the court. To aid and abet it is to commit fraud yourself. Accordingly, I won't accept that as an excuse if it indeed occurred. I too do not know the facts but given that Naxos' management has been charged with material improprieties and that someone within finally did something about it, I suspect it was something known for a while. I can't and don't condone such conduct, especially since it affects in a big way us shareholders, who've put our hard earned money in the company. If there was any wrongdoing, I find it inexcusable and want everyone who engaged in it to be held accountable for it. We have an excellent company with excellent COC certified results and I'm just plain sick and tired of making excuses for past management. Either we get it completely right by electing a new slate of officers and directors (as I previously stated while I believe Fred Arkoosh was not a party to Naxos' murky past, I have no problem with an absolutely new board and management taking over) or this company is going down the drain, which the shareholders will hold all responsible accountable for! I really have nothing else to say about the matter.
