I agree that Creative's service is horrible. And when they do actually get around to helping you, they don't know what they are talking about. It is probably faster to order through their catalog than to go down there =) Isn't there another Mac store on Wilshire somewhere between UCLA and Creative? I think it is relatively new, so I don't know if it is affordable or if it has a good selection or not, but I have seen it while driving. -Dylan
